Applebees-Golden Apple Card
Ate at Applebees in St. Clairsville, OH. last night, one of our fav restaurants. Asked about the Golden Apple Card and the fifteen per cent discount for seniors. Two waitresses knew nothing about it. Got our check and asked about the ten per cent discount that I had asked for earlier for seniors and again, our waitress knew nothing. She took our check to a manager and returned to give us ten per cent off our food bill but acted as though we had really put her out. Unfriendly and basically acted like we needed to go, we were a problem to her. Now, on your website, it mentions the Golden Apple Card for fifteen per cent and simply ten per cent for seniors. Are either of these correct? Is there such a thing as a Golden Apple Card because after reading reviews, it seems Applebees either needs to quit advertising these or train their food servers on this protocol.
